Rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has once again used social media to taunt Sean “Diddy” Combs, this time turning courtroom sketches from Diddy’s sentencing into viral material.
The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ artist posted a series of Instagram updates ridiculing Diddy’s emotional courtroom scenes, where the Bad Boy Records founder faced testimony from his children pleading for leniency.
One sketch showed Diddy visibly distressed, which 50 Cent captioned: “Damn, them lawyers told Puff he was coming home today. He paying all kinds of money—they robbed him.”
In another post, he mocked Diddy’s pre-trial confidence, writing, “Hey, to whoever was booking Diddy for speaking engagements—I heard he won’t be able to make it. I’m available!” alongside an image of Diddy wiping tears with a tissue.
The rapper continued his social media jabs with another post referencing one of Diddy’s accusers: “I think he dropped his pencil. I’m gonna send Jane to see him, to make sure he’s okay. How much you think she’ll charge for that? LOL.”
During the hearing, Diddy’s six children made emotional pleas on his behalf. His son, Christian “King” Combs, described his father as his lifelong hero and role model, urging the court to show mercy.
“He is my hero and has always taught me to treat women with respect. Please give us grace and give him mercy,” he told the judge.
Despite the heartfelt testimony, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Combs to 50 months in prison—just over four years—after weighing prosecutors’ calls for 11 years against defence requests for a lighter 14-month term. Diddy was also fined $500,000.
He was convicted on charges of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution, each count carrying a potential 10-year sentence. The hip-hop mogul had faced up to 20 years in prison before the final verdict.
In one of his most controversial posts, 50 Cent referenced a TMZ interview with Diddy’s lawyer, writing, “Aww man, he only got two years to do. The lawyer saying yes, Sean is afraid someone’s gonna f*** him. LOL.”
Diddy’s legal team is expected to return to court on Monday, October 6, to finalise where he will serve his sentence.
