ENGLAND-born Zimbabwean referee Farai Hallam has written his name into the record books after taking charge of his first English Premier League match, officiating Manchester City’s 2–0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Etihad Stadium this Saturday.
The appointment marked a major milestone in the 32-year-old official’s career, who until now had officiated mainly in the EFL and domestic cup competitions.
