NEW YORK, USA — Hip-Hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is set to be released from federal custody on May 8, 2028, following his conviction and 50-month prison sentence on prostitution-related charges under the Mann Act, according to updated records from the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
The Bad Boy Records founder was convicted on October 3, 2025, for transporting individuals across state lines for the purpose of prostitution. Judge Arun Subramanian handed down the sentence, which also included a $500,000 fine. “I have had a lot of people ask me for pardons. I call him Puff Daddy — he has asked me for a pardon,” Trump told reporters.
