Zimbabwe is sitting on a silent crisis and an equally silent opportunity. Across urban centres, growth points, farms and mining areas lie thousands of derelict vehicles: rusting buses, abandoned haulage trucks, broken-down commuter omnibuses and private cars long past their useful life.
